Vivo X5 Max mobile comes with an Android KitKat operating system along with Qualcomm MSM8939 Snapdragon 615 chipset, and an Octa-core processor. It is paired up with 2GB RAM and an Adreno 405 graphics processing unit.

Vivo X5 Max camera review starts with its 13MP primary camera which features Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, panorama, and HDR. It provides video recording at [email protected] with good video quality. Wide angled selfies are no longer a pain thanks to the wide aperture of f/2.4 of the 5MP front camera.

Vivo X5 Max sports a 5.5 inch super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen and produces an output screen resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels with a pixel density of 401 pixel per inch. This mobile has a screen to body ratio of 69.5%.

Storage:

The device is equipped with an internal memory of 16GB and is expandable up to 256 GB through a memory card slot. But, the phone has a drawback. It doesn’t have a dedicated memory card slot, hence we have to use SIM card II slot.

Battery:

The Vivo X5 battery is of 2300mAh which is a bit lower than few of the models in the same price range. It provides an adequate battery life in average usage conditions. It has connectivity options of Wi-fi, Bluetooth, GPS and micro USB.

It contains MP4/WMV/H.264 player, MP3/WAV/WMA/eAAC+/FLAC player, Document viewer and Photo/video editor.

Verdict:

This is the slimmest phone in the world and is from the  VIVO family. It costs around INR 25,000.  It lacks a  dedicated slot for external memory and the battery capacity is 2300 mAh, at this price, the features offered by Vivo are not in par with what the competitors have to offer. HTC Bolt, Google Nexus 5X, Gionee M2017 are some of the mobiles which compete with Vivo X5 Max.
