LG range of smartphones has been a huge dominator in the smartphone race in India and around the world. With models like G4, and G5 has made its presence felt. The LG K3 is one of its kind in this bandwagon, for, this is not a premier smartphone and is manufactured keeping in mind those who are now shifting to using a smartphone from a feature phone or for those are looking for a spare smartphone.

The LG K3 features an Android Marshmallow operating system, a Mediatek MT6737M - K100

Battery:

The LG K3 comes with a poor 1940 mAh battery. The only good point about the battery specification of the LG K3 is that it is a removable unit. Redmi 2 Prime provides a much better battery spec at a lower price.

Camera:

The LG K3 is equipped with a 5MP primary camera which has Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, and LED flash. The front camera on this unit is a VGA camera. The camera is also fairly disappointing for its competitors have managed to rope in high resolution cameras at lower costs.

Storage:

The LG K3 specifications of the internal storage space isn’t impressive as it comes with 8GB internal memory which can be expanded up to a maximum of 32GB.

Display:

The LG K3 android device has a 4.5 inch LCD screen which has a screen to body 61.6%. This should be convenient to use with single hand. The screen produces a display resolution of 480 x 454 pixels with a pixel density of 218 ppi.

Verdict:

The LG K3 price in India is marked at INR 5000 and at this price competitors like Mi and Swipe are have models that offer more value for money.
