Karbonn Mobiles Pvt Ltd is a joint venture mobile manufacturing company between the Bangalore (United Telelinks Limited) and Noida (Jaina Marketing & Associates). Karbonn Mobiles has a strategic tie-up with Sistema Shyam TeleServices Limited.
