Company Origin: Honor is a sub-brand of the Huawei Group, it was conceived in 2011, and they released first product in 2013. This brand was created with a purpose to fulfill the demands of affordable smartphones in the market. Do make a note that you would have to carry a valid proof of purchase to the service center for claiming any repair. The replacement policy states only manufacturing defects would be considered for replacement of the products. Otherwise, the buyers won’t be entertained for damages.
